Contact by Form, Email or Phone

If you contact us via the contact form (in our “Contact” section), we use your details (name, email address, optionally phone number, topic and message) solely to process your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The form opens your email program with a prepared message; your data is only transmitted to us when you send that email and is not stored on this website. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the execution of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures; otherwise on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), where given. We keep your enquiry for as long as required to process it and as statutory retention obligations apply.

A data processing agreement in accordance with the GDPR has been concluded. On the server side, ALL-INKL.COM retains IP addresses for 7 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

Report Download (Form via Brevo)

For downloading our investment report we link to a form provided by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). Details entered there (e.g. your email address) are processed by Brevo on our behalf to provide the report and – where you agree – to stay in touch with you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). Please see Brevo’s privacy notice for details.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and does not use analytics services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no connection is made to third-party font servers.

Entries in the example calculator are processed solely in your browser and are not transmitted to us or to third parties.

This website links to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. These are plain links; data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click a link. From then on, the provider’s privacy policy applies.
